All business is transacted and undertaken in accordance with the RHA Conditions of Carriage 1998. A copy of which is available upon request. We accept no responsibility for the numerical contents of packages, goods unseen and based on specifications and particulars supplied by the applicant. All cargos should be suitably packed for carriage and marked accordingly. Shippers are responsible for goods until such time as claimed by the consignee, with all relevant charges paid. E & O.E. Due to the inherent problems associated with international transport we cannot enter into any guarantee with regards to departure and/or arrival times. We make no provision for Marine/All Risk Insurance Cover. We strongly advised all customers to provide adequate insurance cover for their goods whilst in transit.
