All business contracted within the United Kingdom is transacted under the current Standard Trading Conditions of the British International Freight Association (BIFA).
We accept no responsibility for the numerical contents of packages, goods unseen and based on specifications and particulars supplied by the applicant. All cargos should be suitably packed for carriage and marked accordingly. Shippers are responsible for goods until such time as claimed by the consignee, with all relevant charges paid. E & O.E. Due to the inherent problems associated with National & International transport we cannot enter into any guarantee with regards to departure and/or arrival times. All Quotations supplied by ourselves are subject to availability & we maintain the right to withdraw our offer at any time. We make no provision for Marine/All Risk Insurance Cover. We strongly advised all customers to provide adequate insurance cover for their goods whilst in transit.
